Pumpkin Pie Overnight Oats (V)

Ingredients

1/2 cup gluten free oats

1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder

1 teaspoon cinnamon 

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 cup unsweetened pumpkin puree

3 tablespoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)

Method

1. In a small bowl mix together all the dry ingredients

2. Pour in milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, maple syrup and mix to combine

3. Refrigerate 12 hours

4. Makes 2 servings.
