CO FOUNDER & HEAD COACH

ED PIMLEY

Ed grew up in Perth, Australia where he spent most of his days in the water, surfing. From the age of 16 Ed was touring the world’s oceans in search of the biggest waves. It was his love of the outdoors where Ed found a passion for health and fitness. After noticing there was an education gap in both those industries, Ed decided to pursue a career in personal training.

In 2010 he moved to Vancouver, BC where he continued to work as a certified trainer, building up a sizable clientele. Still frustrated with the amount of misleading information that surrounds the health, diet and fitness community, Ed took his personal training one-step further and received his certification in precision nutrition.

With his combined knowledge of fitness and nutrition, Ed coaches his clients with a focus on education and sustainability in creating lasting lifestyle changes. Throughout his 15 years in the industry, Ed has helped thousands of clients achieve their body composition goals and helped them create healthier, happier lives.

When he’s not busy working, he can be found outside with Sam, Monty, Titus and his gentle giant of a dog, Helen.

CO FOUNDER & HEAD NUTRITION SPECIALIST

samantha stojkovich

Samantha was born and raised in Vancouver, BC and felt lucky to have been able to grow up under the mountains and beside the ocean. Whether it was skiing, playing soccer, biking or swimming, she was always outside with her 4 siblings. Her true loves, however, were found competing in gymnastics (for the better part of 12 years) and baking in the kitchen with her mom.

After suffering with IBS and seeing countless physicians and specialists over the years, Samantha wanted to further understand what was going on with her own body, but also help others going through the same thing. So, after completing her BBA in University and working within BC’s healthcare system for 10 years, she finally decided to enroll herself in a certification program to become a Health Nutrition Coach with a focus on gut health.

For the past decade, she has been coaching her clients to develop more informed nutritional habits, while also teaching them to create lasting lifestyle changes. She takes an individualistic approach to her coaching, as she understands that every body has different needs and responses.

Since becoming a mother of two, Sam has spent even more time in the kitchen creating new, healthy, flavourful and fun meals for both her family and her clients.

PERSONAL TRAINER

Patch May

Hailing from Sydney, Australia, Patch grew up in a family of 4 boys where every day was loaded with sports – everything from rugby, soccer, water polo, rowing and surfing. Whether it was an actual match or a dose of healthy competition of 2 vs 2 in the backyard, there was never a dull moment.

That competitive spirit led Patch to excel in rugby for many years, however, after multiple shoulder reconstruction surgeries he was eventually lead down another path. In his rehabilitations, he began to better understand his own body and the consistent, daily attention required to keep it running at a healthy, optimal level. Wanting to stay in the world of health and fitness, Patch was inspired to become a personal trainer where he could help guide & motivate others in reaching and exceeding their own physical potential.

Throughout his 8 years as a trainer, Patch has coached sports teams, led thousands of group fitness classes and has a long line of happy & fulfilled clients. He believes the success lies with the focus on the education of longevity and creating the ideal lifestyle, where fitness, nutrition and health aren’t pushed to the bottom of the list, but rather become daily habits that are as simple and important as brushing your teeth.

When he’s not deep in the world of fitness, Patch also loves acting and playing around on his guitar. He’s recently starred in a string of Rom Coms on a popular US network and can be found on the weekends exploring Vancouver’s great outdoors.
