CAN I ONLY SIGN UP FOR ONE MONTH OF TRAINING INSTEAD OF 3?

Great question!

Our minimum commitment is 3 months. Health & fitness journeys take time and we believe in providing a well rounded approach to your journey, so unfortunately 1 month does not allow us (or you) enough time to build those healthy, sustainable habits. 3 months is our minimum set up.


WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT - NUTRITION, CARDIO, TRAINING OR STEPS?

That depends on your goal, but typically we recommend prioritizing your nutrition first, then your daily steps (as we want these to become a habit and they will also burn the second most amount of calories behind your nutritional deficit), then strength training (you burn more calories during recovery) and lastly cardio.


DO I HAVE TO WEIGH MY FOOD?

This is client dependent that is based on their goal and their history/relationship with food. We take a very individualized approach to these journeys, so while we may ask some clients to track their food (for a short period of time) we may ask others to use palm sizes.


WHO IS MY COACH - ED OR SAM?

Both!

Ed will be your main point of contact throughout your journey and you will touch base with Samantha on a bi-weekly basis regarding nutrition support and mental health. We are also in the process of hiring another trainer so there is a chance you will work with them and Samantha. Regardless you will be left in good hands!


HOW LONG UNTIL I SEE RESULTS?

Everyones journey is different, so it would be hard for us to give you a definitive time frame. Progress depends on a multitude of factors such as, sleep patterns, stress management, body composition, how consistently you’re sticking to the plan and so forth.
