Our two program options are:

  1. The Foundation - this online personalized program offers you exclusive 1:1 coaching with our highly experienced trainers. Here we help you establish the structures and routines you need in order to achieve your physical goals, whilst improving your knowledge of health and fitness. This includes personalized training programs, nutrition coaching, world class accountability, weekly check-ins with your coach and access to our private client portal where we host recipes, educational videos, blogs and more!

  2. Face to Face Coaching: Much like the above, this program is for individuals looking to improve their health and reach their fitness goals and unlock their true potential. What sets this program apart from the above is it offers two in person training session a week onto of nutritional programming, access to our portal and education seminars.

 
 
 

CORPORATE SEMINARS

CP Seminars: If there is one thing Collective Performance is truly passionate about, it’s education. We want to transform the narrative and ditch the extremes and teach people that there are healthier, easier ways to achieve results and feel your best. What better way than through a fun, interactive seminar. These 1.5 hour seminars include a 25 minute workout followed by our 5 Pillars of Leading a Healthy Lifestyle. Here we talk about things like why sleep & stress management play a key role in how we show up and feel our best selves.

Why Online?

While 1:1 training is great but it usually stops after your 45-60 minute session. Then what? What do you do on the days you don’t have a trainer? How do you know you’re doing what you’re meant to be doing and if you’re doing it right?

Online training provides a more rounded approach as you have consistent communication with your coach who is focused on all areas of your life like, sleep, stress, mental health, nutrition, fitness, habits, and your well-being.

You also have the ability and flexibility to work out from home and to create your own schedule instead of having to work with ours.
