Raw Chocolate Banana Dough Bite

Ingredients

2 bananas, mashed

8 tablespoons (60g) vanilla protein powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/3 cup chocolate chips

1 teaspoon coconut oil

Method

1. Using a medium sized bowl, stir together mashed bananas, vanilla and cinnamon.

2. Slowly add in the protein powder (bit by bit) and mix until well combined. It should turn into a sticky paste. Not too wet, not too dry.

3. Scoop 12 balls onto a lined baking sheet and freeze for 15-20 minutes.

5. Just before you take out the frozen dough balls, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in microwave. Suggest you do this in 20 second increments to ensure you don’t burn the chocolate.

5. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate (or drizzle) and return pan to the freezer. Thats it!
