High Protein Pancake

Ingredients

1 banana, mashed

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ tablespoon vanilla protein powder

1 tablespoon almond milk

1 teaspoon baking powder

Heaping dash cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and whisk until thoroughly combined.

2. Heat a skillet on medium/low heat and cook the batter in 3 batches.

3. Best to flip the pancakes when you start to see little bubbles form (approx. 2 minutes per side).

4. Top w/ sliced bananas, a little more cinnamon and a tiny bit of maple syrup!
