Creamy Tahini Salad Dressing

Ingredients

1/3 cup cashews, soaked

1/3 cup tahini

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon maple syrup

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

2 lemons, juiced

Salt

Pepper

2-3 tablespoons cold water

Method

1.  Blend everything in a high-speed blender until creamy and smooth.

2. Store in fridge for 3-4 days
