Chocolate Protein Brownies
Ingredients
2 overripe banana’s, mashed
2 tablespoons runny peanut butter
2 egg whites, whisked until light and airy ( use hand mixer if you have one or whisk by hand for 5 minutes)
1/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
Pinch of Salt
Method
Mash together banana and peanut butter. Add in cacao powder and protein powder and mix to combine.
Whisk egg whites and gently fold them into the batter.
Pour mix into a 9x9 baking tin and bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
**approx. 70 cals per bite ( if you cut into 10 even pieces)
