Salty Chai Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

1.5 cups bakers semi sweet chocolate

1.5 tablespoon chai spice or chai tea grounds

1/3 cup cashew butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch sea salt

Silicone mold

Method

1. Using a double broiler, melt chocolate and pour a little bit into each silicone mold.This will be your base.]

2. Let it Freeze for minimum 30 minutes.

3. While those freeze, mix the cashew butter, chai spice and vanilla to create a "dough" like mixture. You should be able to roll mini balls.

4. Press little each dough ball onto the frozen chocolate (base) and pour over remaining chocolate.

5. Place it back in the freezer for a minimum 2 hours before removing from mold!

**Recipe Notes**

If you don't have silicone molds, try using a muffin tin lined with parchment paper. You can also use any nut or seed butter if you don't have cashew
