Hawaiian Dream Smoothi

Ingredients

½ cup frozen mango

½ cup frozen blueberries

½ frozen banana

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

½ tablespoon honey

¼ teapsoon vanilla extract

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Ice

 Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. I always blend my smoothies for 60 seconds minimum - I find this helps take away that “ grainy” taste from the protein powder.

2. Depending on your blender, you may need to add a little more milk (or water) to help smooth it out.
