Cinnamon Raisin Doughts

Ingredients

2 very overripe bananas

1 large egg ( sub 1 large flax egg)

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

¼ cup coconut sugar

1 cup almond meal

1/3 cup gluten free flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup raisins

Pinch of salt

Method

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease 2 doughnut tins with coconut oil.

2. Add the mashed bananas, coconut oil, vanilla & coconut sugar and whisk until smooth.

3. Combine dry ingredients to wet, mix to combine.

4. Scoop roughly 1/4 cup batter into each round and bake for 15-18 minutes.

**If you don’t have a doughnut tin you can use a muffin tin but it may take longer to bake**
