How To Track Your Food In MyFitnessPal

 

Whether you are new or have some experience in tracking your food in MyFitnessPal, it can be a tricky app to navigate through. This is why I have created for you an entire guide on how to properly insert your macros into the guide, what to track, how to track as well as how to properly weigh and measure your food. I have also created a section in this guide that will teach you how to create the calories for those homemade recipes.
